Bumboclaat / Jamaican expression
MORE THAN A WORD
BUMBOCLAAT didn't come from a boardroom. It came off the dancehall floor.
The word is one of the most recognisable things Jamaica ever gave the world — thrown across sound systems, street corners and stages for generations. Everybody knows it. Not everybody has the right to build on it.
This one comes from inside. John "Mr. Mirror" Bling learned to move under Gerald "Bogle" Levy, the dancer whose steps set the vocabulary the culture still speaks in.
In 2026 Mr. Mirror put the word on record. The single carries it the way the dancehall always has — loud, unapologetic, and understood everywhere. The brand came out of that track, and the lineage runs straight through to what you're wearing.
So when we say Jamaican Expression, it isn't a tagline borrowed from somewhere. It's where this started.
